Ukraine is the second largest country in Europe with the territory of 603,700 sq.km. Its population is 50 million people. The capital and the largest city of Ukraine is Kiev. Ukraine is a state with the democratic form of governing, headed by the nation-wide elected president. The verkhovna Rada (the Ukranian parliament) is the highest legislative body. Checklist of Documents Required for Visa
The below are the requirements of embassies of Ukraine worldwide to issue study visa to candidate:
- Original passport (valid for one year minimum)
- Secondary school certificate (attested by ministry of foreign affairs and translated into Russian/Ukrainian language)
- Birth certificate (attested by ministry of foreign affairs and translated into Russian/Ukrainian language)
- Medical test (attested by ministry of foreign affairs and translated into Russian/Ukrainian language)
- Aids/HIV test (attested by ministry of foreign affairs and translated into Russian/Ukrainian language) 6. 8 photos of size 3.5 x 4.5 Invitation letter from Ministry of education of Ukraine
- Confirmation letter to embassy of Ukraine from Ministry of foreign affairs of Ukraine.
- After getting study visa from embassy of Ukraine you should confirm your flight to Ukraine and send us the flight details.
The student is advised to come to Dnipropetrovsk or to Donetsk International airports as these both airports are near to us and it will be easy for the Universities to receive the students there.
The documents which every student must bring with him/her to Ukraine after the approval are the following:
- Original invitation letter
- Complete First Year fees _______ US$
- 10 Passport size photos
- General medical certificate (fitness certificate)- (should be translated into Ukrainian or Russian language and legalized by the Ukraine embassy).
- HIV – medical check up certificate)- (should be translated into Ukrainian or Russian language and legalized by the Ukraine embassy).
- One Photostat copy of your passport and Ukrainian visa which is issued by the Ukraine embassy.
- School certificates - (should be translated into Ukrainian or Russian language and legalized by the Ukraine embassy in your country).
- Birth certificate-(should be translated into Ukrainian or Russian language and legalized by the Ukraine embassy in your country).
- The flight ticket should be to and fro to your home country (i.e., open ticket).
| In order to live comfortably while you are in all over the Ukraine, the student will need to have about approximately $USD1200 to US$ 1500 per year available for living costs, depending upon the lifestyle of an individual, along with the cost of your tuition fees. |
